CLASS SCHEDULE

** Monday @8am SARlates Classic Mat (Mat)
** Tuesday @7am HIIT (mat and 5-12 lb weights)
- Wednesday @6am SARlates Conditioning (Mat, Weights & Foam Roller)
- Wednesday @8am SARlates Int/Adv - (Mat & Flex-band)
- Wednesday @12pm Barre Mix (light weights chair & mat)

Note: Classes that will be recorded this week are denoted with a **, sessions are 45 min, and all times are in CST.

Live classes are $15
Recordings $20
Duet pricing for classes $25

Disclaimer: Regarding Zoom Pilates recordings, please note that I've been selecting only regular private or group clients to be on video. If you would not like to be recorded, please let me know as these classes are being distributed to other Pilates clients who are unable to make classes. If you would still like verbal cues but don't want to be filmed please let me know that as well. Lastly, please let me know if you're not attending class to avoid late cancellation charges at least 12 hours in advance.
